Chris Noth, Sarah Jessica Parker's former Sex and the City co-star, appeared to make a dig at her over Instagram following her recognition by the Golden Globes.
Sarah Jessica Parker was honored with the Globes' Carol Burnett Award during the CBS and Paramount primetime special Golden Eve (January 6), ahead of the 2026 Golden Globes held on Sunday (January 12).
Parker starred in the hit TV show alongside Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Chris Noth played Parker's character's love interest, Mr. Big.

However, it appears there's no love lost between Noth and Parker given Noth's seeming snub at Parker on Instagram just days after she being honored.
On January 9, Noth shared a photograph of himself at the gym, the caption reading: "F&@k new years - LETS GO!!!!"
A user commented: "You mean fcuk sjp & her award right? lol."

And who should respond to the comment but Noth, stating: "Right."
Another Instagram user commented: "What'd I miss." And a third said: "He’s just bitter that they [wrote] him off the show."
Indeed, despite appearing in one episode of the Sex and the City revival And Just Like That... Noth's character died in the premiere episode.
Mr. Big's death came shortly after allegations of sexual assault came to light against Noth.

The accusations came from two women who alleged to the outlet they were sexually assaulted by Noth in 2004 in Los Angeles and 2015 in New York City.
Noth denied the allegations, releasing a statement which read: "The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false. These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago—no always means no—that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual."
Despite being lovers on-screen, Parker reportedly stopped contact with Noth after sexual assault allegations came to light against the actor - accusations Noth denied.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Parker responded, 'No,' when asked if she'd been in contact with Noth since the accusations arose in December 2021.
The Carol Burnett Award isn't the only time Parker has been recognized for her iconic role by the Golden Globes.

Parker previously took home a Golden Globe award for her portrayal of Sex and the City's Bradshaw back in 2000.

During her acceptance speech for her most recent award, she said: "It's hard to be anecdotal and brief on the topic, because it’s very meaningful.
"I was—all the words that you might predict I might say—honored, humbled, overwhelmed. I felt duty-bound to write remarks that communicated how I felt about Miss Burnett and what she’s meant to me and millions of others. Her skill, her singular physical and intellectual comedy, her infamous generosity. That kind of eclipsed everything, which was perhaps good for me because it’s usually better for me to focus on an exercise!"
Parker reflected on her 25 years filming the show, commending the 'most glorious ensemble of women and actors' she worked alongside.
She also went on to thank her 'beloved family,' 'brilliant husband Matthew' and 'to the family' they've created together, resolving to continue to make them 'proud'.
