A pair of armchair detectives have gone viral after pointing out a not-so-subtle mistake in a new Netflix movie that viewers have described as '10/10'.

That rating might go down a little once you spot this mistake, but it's still worth watching either way!

The viral video came after Netflix released a new action movie starring Kingsman actor Taron Egerton, who takes on the role of transportation security agent (TSA) Ethan Kopek.

Egerton is joined in the film by Jason Bateman, who plays a mysterious character dubbed 'Traveler', who attempts to blackmail the TSA agent.

The movie has been praised by fans who have compared it to Die Hard, with TikTok user @floridafitbrit among those who have recommended the movie.

However, the TikToker and mom-of-two noted that while the movie was 'very enjoyable', she and her husband couldn't help but notice a 'slight continuity error'.

Her caption came alongside a clip from the Netflix movie, which is titled Carry-On.

In the video, the TikToker's husband narrates the scenes as we watch a woman carrying a baby through the airport.

"Baby - brown hair with booty socks, blue top with reindeer things, mom's got the beige trench coat", he said, describing the baby and their mom.

The movie then cut to another shot of the mom, only it seems her child has undergone a few changes since we last saw them mere seconds ago.

The TikToker's husband continued: "Look at that bald a** baby - that's a different baby. Haired-baby - bald a** baby."

It's impossible to miss once you notice it - the child that previously had a full head of hair is now completely bald, and the mom apparently isn't phased in the slightest.

"That child's confused because he wasn't in the last scene," the man on TikTok joked. "They don't even know where the movie's headed."

The TikTok has racked up more than five million views as amused Netflix fans learned of the error, with many taking to the comments to share their thoughts.

"Enjoyed this and never even noticed," one person wrote, as another added: "for someone who’s so observant , how did i miss this when i watched the movie."

In her caption, @floridafitbrit added: "My husband caught this while watching and he had me cackling as I secretly recorded. we recommend watching Netflix’s new film Carry-On. very enjoyable especially, if like me, you know that Die Hard IS a Christmas film. Imo its got some serious 90s vibes!!!

"Sad to say this is our first Christmas film we’ve watched for the festive season! Geez we’re slackin! We did spot this slight continuity error though and as parents of bald kiddos when they were babies we love to see em!"

"Apologies for those who don’t like curse words, I have no idea how to bleep it out," she added.

While the movie might not have nailed it with the continuity, at least it's still getting rave reviews!
