Netflix subscribers have tuned into a raunchy comedy series for more than 323 million hours, describing it as 'gloriously stupid fun.'
And it's not alone - in contrast, the platform's crime dramas and dramatic documentaries are absolutely flying at the moment.
From the gripping detective series Dept Q to an in-depth look at OceanGate's Titan submersible tragedy, it's truly gripping content.

The only issue, however, is that it can sometimes feel too heavy. So, if you need a light-hearted, easy-viewing TV series to lift the mood, then look no further than this guilty pleasure.
The series was first released in late 2023 and quickly climbed the Netflix TV charts. It spent an impressive six weeks in the top 10 series category, hitting the number one spot in its second week.
Within a month of its release, it has racked up a mammoth 27 million views, climbing to 323 million by the start of 2024, according to figures from FlixPatrol.

The series is from the legendary trio behind the Karate Kid spin-off, Cobra Kai: Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald.
Taking a way less wholesome tone for this show, it follows an elite joint special-operations team made up of members from different branches of the US Armed Forces and intelligence services.
After successfully thwarting a terrorist plot to detonate a nuclear bomb in Las Vegas, the team celebrates with a wild night of partying. But their celebration is short-lived when they discover the bomb they defused was only a decoy.
The real threat is still out there - and now, hungover, the team must battle through the chaos of Sin City to find and disarm the actual device before time runs out.

Its star-studded cast includes Shelley Hennig (Teen Wolf), Nick Zano (DC's Legends of Tomorrow), Terrence Terrell (Giants), Paola Lázaro (The Walking Dead) and C. Thomas Howell (The Outsiders).
The series we're talking about is, of course, Obliterated.
The eight-parter made headlines last November when shocked viewers cried that they'd 'never seen so many d**ks' in a series before.

From drunken hook ups to recreating the iconic whipped-cream bikini scene from Varsity Blues, there’s a particularly memorable sex scene in episode seven. While Ava (Hennig) and Chad (Zano) are getting it on, they realize they're being watched.
No, not by some random pervert, but by an actual camel!
Taking to social media, fans still can't get over show's 'full frontal nudity.'
One Twitter gave their verdict: "Obliterated - rated raunchy, and it is, a team of misfits save the world... if you can get by the... full frontal nudity... it will hold your attention with lots of sex and violence."

A second agreed: "Obliterated on @NetflixUK is great, fast-paced, funny, spoofing other BIG action films," but went on to express their disappointment in the streamer's failure to renew it for a second season.
"Obliterated is one of the most fun TV shows I’ve watched ever and it is very sad that Netflix canceled it," a third agreed.
The discussion continued over on Reddit, where one viewer rather beautifully summed up the series: "Obliterated for gloriously stupid fun.

"A series that basically an eight hour action movie with lots of action, comedy, drug use, sexual content, budget brand Brad Pitt, satirical patriotism and a demonic hallucination voiced by Jason Manzoukas."
All eight episodes of Obliterated are available to stream on Netflix now.
