Netflix users are already calling for more seasons of an action series despite how a second season only just came out.

Binge-watching is oh too easy a habit to fall into when you have access to a streaming service such as Netflix. However, the one pitfall, is getting through a season within a matter of days - or even a day - and then being left gormless, staring at the TV, at a loss of what to now do with your life.

Viewers have got through the latest season so quickly they're flooding to social media for more:

Fantasy drama series Warrior Nun - created by Simon Barry - first debuted on 2 July, 2020.

The official synopsis reads: "After waking up in a morgue, an orphaned teen discovers she now possesses superpowers as the chosen Halo-Bearer for a secret sect of demon-hunting nuns."

Based on the comic book character created by Ben Dunn called Warrior Nun Areala, the series stars Alba Bapista in the lead role.

It's not hard to see why it was renewed for a second season, averaging a tomatometer score of 84 percent and average audience score of 96 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. But will there be more?

Viewers are already calling for a third season.

They continued: "The scenery is incredible, so aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful filming locations too. Cool action/fight scenes and visual effects, nice characters and their development, great acting. A slowburn wlw couple is a plus (it’s canon).

"Also several mind blowing parallels between season one and two!!

There’s so much thought put into the show. I’ve rewatch both seasons several times and I always discover new details."

One fan has even called for 'at least three more seasons' of the series.
