Orlando Bloom spotted with Katy Perry 'lookalike' after she 'revealed' reason behind their break-up

Orlando Bloom was spotted with a rather familiar face while celebrating Halloween this year.

Like many celebrities did for October 31, Bloom dressed up for the spooky festivities and sported skeleton face paint and bodysuit with shorts over the top.

He was dressed up to go to the Vas J Morgan and Michael Braun Halloween Party, which fellow celebs such as Camila Cabello, Winnie Harlow, Emma Roberts, and Lily Allen also attended.

Another famous face at the party was Rachel Lynn Matthews, who has starred in movies like Upgraded, Do Revenge, and Happy Death Day.

And who did she dress up as? That would be Katy Perry on the 11-minute Blue Origin trip to space.

Matthews was then pictured posing with Bloom, which she shared to her Instagram Story on the night.

The snap sparked outrage online, with some people branding the pair as 'petty'.

"There's petty, then there's this," somebody said. Another critic penned: "That’s so tacky and cruel… they [Perry and Bloom] have a child together."

Not everyone took issue with the Halloween photo though, and many defended the two actors.

One person wrote on Twitter: "I don’t think it’s weird - they’re just having fun."

Another social media user saw the funny side of things, writing: "Wait i’m sorry this is hilarious."

LADbible Group have approached reps for Matthews and Bloom for comment.

In another photo shared to Matthews' story on the night in question, she appeared to poke fun at Perry and was seen kissing the ground like the 'Firework' hitmaker did following her short-lived time as an astronaut.

The apparent swipe from Bloom comes after the release of Perry's vulnerable new track 'Bandaids' about a failed romance — which fans believe to be about her nine-year relationship with The Lord of the Rings star.

Some of the lyrics to the song go: "Hand to God, I promised, I tried. There's no stone left unturned. It's not what you did, it's what you didn't. You were there, but you weren't."

In a candid Instagram post in the wake of the release of 'Bandaids', Perry admitted that it took her months to pluck up the courage to share it.

She wrote: "Thank you for the love on bandaids… tbh I struggled for months with the idea of putting this song out… even after all these years it can be scary to be vulnerable… but hopefully the lyrics of this song resonate with someone going through what I have been through and maybe they won’t feel so alone and will find the strength to keep going like I have."
