Meghan Markle is set to get in front of the camera again for the first time since leaving Suits eight years ago, in a move dubbed a 'massive moment' for the duchess.
It's been well over a decade since Markle, 44, was cast as paralegal Rachel Zane in the hit series Suits, but in 2017, she ended up stepping away from the set for good after she got engaged to Prince Harry.
Suits came to an end in 2019, with creator Aaron Korsh revealing the Royal Family had some weight in Markle’s character and storyline.
But it looks like Markle is making a return to acting after she was reportedly spotted on the set of an upcoming Amazon MGM Studios film, with the likes of Brie Larson, Lily Collins, and Jack Quaid all linked to the project.

According to The Sun, Markle is set to feature in the flick, called Close Personal Friends, where she will play herself.
A source revealed to People that Markle’s role is ‘small’ but she ‘seemed very relaxed and happy’ on set and even 'introduced herself to everyone and was very sweet and down-to-earth.’
This is now her first role since getting together with Harry, and it might just be the start of her ramping up her acting career again.
Meanwhile, a studio source told The Sun: "This is a massive moment for Meghan and signifies a return to doing what she truly loves. She has been swamped with offers but this one felt right.
"It is Meghan’s way of gently putting her toe back in the water and seeing how she enjoys being back on set.

"Everyone involved is super-excited, and have been sworn to secrecy about her involvement."
In 2017, Markle first spoke about stepping back from acting so that she could move to the UK to be with her fiancé at the time.
"I don't see it as giving anything up, I just see it as a change," she said in the interview.
"It’s a new chapter. Right. And also keep in mind, I’ve been working on my show for seven years. So we're very very fortunate to be able to have that sort of longevity on a series and for me, once we hit the 100-episode marker I thought, you know what, I have ticked this box and I feel really proud of the work I've done there and now it's time to, as you said, work as a team with you,” she said.
