Kylie Jenner once took a random teen to prom after girl turned him down

A teen whose prom date turned him down shocked his entire school when he invited Kylie Jenner to the dance and she accepted.

You miss every shot you don't take, and well, 16-year-old Albert Ochoa wasn't missing the chance to take one of the biggest name's in the world to prom after messaging Jenner on social media.

To the Sacramento, California, teen's amazement The Kardashians star took him up on the offer.

Just imagine that, inviting an A-list celebrity like Jenner to one of the biggest nights of your teen life, in front of all your friends and even the girl who rejected your initial invite.

You'd feel like a boss, and that's how his friends saw him - including his sister, who took to Twitter to share the news.

Hilariously, she wrote: "TELL ME WHY MY BROTHER TOOK KYLIE JENNER TO PROM 2NIGHT."

I mean will that sentence ever be used again? Probably not.

Footage of the pair walking arm-in-arm went viral, along with pictures of the two getting ready as Jenner put his brooch on him which matched her outfit, and the two dancing.

As surprising as it is, Jenner has previously spoken about wanting to go to a dance in the past.

Speaking to Google+ way back in 2014, the billionaire said: "I plan on making one of my friends take me to prom. I feel like I need to go to one. I want to go to one of them."

But these high schoolers didn't know she missed out.

The tale got even funnier as the girl who rejected Ochoa did so for an honest reason, which her sister explained on Twitter: "Kylie Jenner for reals went to rio prom tonight with the guy my sister turned down."

She added that it wasn't that her sister didn't like Albert, but 'she turned him down bc it was her friend's older brother but STILL'.

That was back in 2017, and both Jenner and Ochoa are doing well for themselves it would seem.

Jenner is now a billionaire cosmetics mogul and her prom sweetheart isn't doing too bad himself, having garnered over 230,000 followers on Instagram and becoming a boxer.

Speaking to Essentially Sports before one of his fights last year, he recalled the message between Jenner and himself which lead to them meeting.

He said: “Believe me or not she hit me up. I asked her, and she was like 'hey you really cute' that’s what she messaged.

"She’s like hey you are really cute. It went down in DM. It was very cool so she flew down from LA to Sacramento, and from there I gained a big following.

"You know it’s on Hulu right now. It’s on a Peacock. Now I transfer to boxing over the past year.”
