Kim Kardashian hires male nanny to give her sons a male-influence in their lives

She admits it's a very 'female-dominated' household since she divorced Kanye West.

Kim Kardashian has hired a male nanny so her kids have a bit of testosterone in the home.

The reality TV star has admitted to struggling being a single parent of four children following her high-profile divorce from Kanye West.

The two have been separated for some time and Kim has been trying to ensure North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm get a proper upbringing.

In an episode of The Kardashians, she explained that her boys can sometimes give her grief.

"It's really hard for me to be really strict and discipline a lot," she said.

"My parents weren't strict at all and sometimes because I'm really busy, it would be amazing if I had a partner that would come in and tap me out and take over and handle it.

"But it can't happen like that."

So she's decided that having a male nanny in her kids' lives could be beneficial.

"I do think my household and even my family it's very female-dominated," the 42-year-old said.

"I recently hired a 'manny'.

"I really wanted a male around that was going to be picking him [Saint] up and taking him to sports and I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad that."

She has revealed that Kanye seemed to be okay with the nanny and even played basketball with him and Saint.

Ye reportedly had some words of advice for the bloke if he was going to be looking after the family.

"[The nanny] handed [Saint] the ball really easily, or something, and he's like, 'Don't do that, make him go get it himself. These are some of the rules that I would want'," Kim revealed.

"And I was like, 'Oh my god, OK. That's great!'"

It's good that they can find common ground on the situation considering the rapper was furious at the sight of Kim with Pete Davidson and their kids.

Ye went on a very public tirade of not being able to see his children during a particularly troublesome time for him.

However, Kim explained that she got help from a very unlikely source: sister Khloe Kardashian's cheating ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

“Oh, I know guys are gonna hate me for this and you’re gonna hate us and you’re gonna think Khloe is whatever… So it’s like you wanna obviously like hate him for that...Yeah, of course, his actions and who he was, like so f***ed up," she said on an episode of her reality TV show.

“But he’s also shown so many decent things and just has been a really good person and friend.

"When he saw me struggling with my kids, he stepped up."
