People have slammed the Met Gala outfits worn by the Kardashians and Jenners as 'boring'.
The event sees celebrities turning up in all manner of outlandish outfits, and it's fair to say that many attendees have sported some interesting getups over the years.
For example, in 2019 Jared Leto turned up to the gala with an unnervingly realistic copy of his own head as an accessory.

In 2023, Lil Nas X sported a silver thong, with the rest of his body being covered in silver body paint and then encrusted with crystals and pearls so the rapper seemed to be made from diamonds.
Meanwhile, in 2018 Zendaya arrived at the Gala wearing an outfit which appeared to be a cross between a dress and a suit of armour, and which was made out of chainmail.
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez also caused a stir during her appearance in 2021 when she wore a white dress with 'tax the rich' emblazoned on it in red.
But it seems that people have been left feeling cold by the offerings from the Kardashians and the Jenners.
So what did they wear?
Kim Kardashian turned up in a sheer silver dress with a grey sweater draped around her shoulders and a body-altering corse accentuating her hourglass figure.
The celebrity caused controversy during her last appearance after wearing Marilyn Monroe's Happy Birthday Mr President dress, resulting in the dress being damaged.
Meanwhile, Kendall Jenner wore an archival Givenchy gown, claiming she is the 'first human' to wear it.
Kylie Jenner wore a pale gown with a shape that channeled the earlier Tomb Raider games, sporting a custom Oscar de la Renta gown that featured an oversized skirt and pointed bust.
As for Kris Jenner, she attended the event with her partner Cory Gamble wearing an all-white ensemble, which was also made by Oscar de la Renta.
While they are all undeniably very good outfits, some people felt that an occasion such as the Met Gala would call for something with a bit more pizazz than just 'very good'.
They took to social media to voice their criticism of the fashion choices.
One called the outfits 'mid', writing: "pls why do the Kardashians get invited every year they give us nothing, mid fits?"
Another slammed them boring, commenting: "The Kardashians and Jenners never fail to bore."
A third remarked that they didn't seem to be in tune with this year's theme of 'Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion'.
They posted: "Not a single one of them was on theme!"
