Jack Osbourne has opened up about his relationship with his eldest sister, who has long been known as the ‘forgotten’ sibling of the Osbourne clan.
Before the Kardashians, we had The Osbournes on MTV, and through its chaos and drama, viewers at home got to know more about the iconic rock family.
The cast comprised of Black Sabbath’s Ozzy Osbourne, manager Sharon, daughter Kelly and son Jack.
But little did people know that there was another sibling who was never shown on film - 41-year-old Aimee Osbourne.

The world has come to know who she is after the Black Sabbath frontman passed away, 'surrounded by love' aged 76.
His family announced his passing on July 22, just 17 days after his last performance on stage.

Ozzy had teamed up with the original members of Black Sabbath to perform for the first time in 20 years, but his health concerns remained at the forefront of people’s minds as he sang about ‘coming home’ to his home city, Birmingham, UK.

In a behind-the-scenes look at the gig, on July 9, Kelly took to TikTok to share with fans that she had gotten engaged to her fiancé, Slipknot member Sid Wilson.
In the background, you can see Ozzy’s shocked expression during the moment, something that fans loved.
Following Ozzy's passing, many were shocked to learn that he was the father to a brood of six, having three with Sharon and sharing three with ex Thelma Riley.
However, Aimee and Jack’s relationship doesn't appear to be as close as his and Kelly’s.

The TV personality recently revealed all in a surprising admission during a podcast conversation.
While on the Disrespectfully podcast on July 16, Jack said that he and his oldest sister had different feelings on their family's show.

"When the show launched in 2002, Aimee really wanted to be a musician," Jack explained. "She was into artists like Fiona Apple and Mazzy Star, mysterious, moody, almost underground.”

He went on to say that ‘she saw appearing on MTV as low-hanging fruit’ and that ‘she didn’t want to ride our coat-tails’.
However, even when the show saw massive amounts of success, Aimee still refused to join.
Jack continued: "She was like, 'If I come on now, I’ll look like I’m jumping on the bandwagon.' She wanted to stay private and obscure."
While the world knew who Kelly and Jack were thanks to the show, Aimee was soon 'forgotten' about as she quietly built her music career under the stage name ARO (her initials).

When asked whether she regretted not appearing on The Osbournes, Jack said he didn’t know how she felt, but knew how he would have felt in that situation.

"I’ve never had that conversation with her," he said. "We’re just not close at all. We don’t have a great relationship, she’ll be the first to tell you that. It’s no secret."
He added: "I guess if I were her I’d have wondered if my life would have turned out differently if I’d been on the show. But I don’t know."

Kelly has also spoken of her big sister on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast in 2021.
She admitted: "We don’t talk. We’re just really different. She doesn’t understand me and I don’t understand her."
And while Aimee recently appeared at her father's funeral, in a 2015 interview with The Independent she said of her siblings: "I wouldn’t say there is an ease between us, but there is an acceptance. Do we socialize? No."
