Reality TV contestant Harry Jowsey has shared a cringe-inducing secret while speaking on his podcast which, frankly, most men would not even reveal if they were being waterboarded.
That is, that the 28-year-old former Too Hot to Handle star gets botox injections in his penis. He laid it all out in front of the Real Housewives' Lisa Vanderpump on the latest episode of his Boyfriend Material podcast, though thankfully not literally.
Jowsey told the 65-year-old English businesswoman and former actor that he had been turned onto the treatment by someone close to him. "One of my friends did it. He got stem cells and Botox and calcium," he overshared.
If you were wondering what purpose this could have, you are probably not alone. But the Australian TV personality explained that 'it relaxes the muscle' and added with perhaps too much detail: "It's very smooth now, which is good."

While many of us are probably left wondering what 'smooth' could even mean in this context (does it imply the existence of 'rough' genitals?), Vanderpump demanded that he provide evidence for his bizarre claim.
"How can you prove it?" She asked, before quickly regretting the question.
Continuing to describe an overly-familiar knowledge of genital cosmetics, Jowsey added information that nobody was asking for, saying that 'you can do it in your balls.' Apparenly, this 'smoothes out the wrinkles.'
But while this creates a vaguely terrifying image of an inappropriate Ken Doll with an entirely smooth package, the reality TV star was quick to add that he had not opted for the ball-smoothing option when he was at the clinic, adding: "My balls are doing their thing."

While Jowse, thankfully, did not go into further detail about why he got botox injections in his penis, this injectable treatment has become an increasingly common treatment for erectile dysfunction and for people who are 'growers rather than showers'.
This is called a 'hyperactive retraction reflex', where your body overreacts to outside stimuli like cold and exercise that can cause a flaccid penis to shrink.
Rena Malik MD, a Urologist and pelvic surgeon, explained on YouTube that the treatment works the same way as facial botox, with the treatment forcing muscles in the penis to relax. This makes it appear bigger when flaccid, though it does not affect its size overall.
She said: "Botox essentially tells your overactive sympathetic nervous system to calm down, which allows blood vessels and smooth muscles to relax.
"The result is that you get better blood flow where you need it. You can also think of it like a paralytic, when we use it for wrinkles on our face.
"It basically paralyzes those muscles, so when you put it into the smooth muscles of the penis it is paralyzing those muscles to some extent, relaxing them so blood can flow more easily."
