Justin Baldoni has come clean about a 'penis confession' he made to his co-star, Blake Lively.
In case you've somehow missed the drama for the past year, Baldoni and Lively are in quite an intense and seemingly never-ending legal dispute.
It all started when the Gossip Girl alum launched legal action in December, accusing her It Ends With Us co-star of sexual harassment and of creating a smear campaign against her.
Adding fuel to the fire, Lively spoke to the New York Times with her allegations, prompting Baldoni to hit back with a separate $400,000,000 defamation lawsuit against her, the publication and Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds.

However, in summer, the judge threw his case out, which collapsed entirely as of October 31, while Lively's sexual harassment lawsuit remains ongoing in Manhattan federal court.
Now, court documents obtained by PEOPLE reveal the actor visited Lively's New York City apartment in December 2022 while she was pregnant with her son, during which Baldoni appeared to talk about his manhood on the topic of circumcision.

During the actor's deposition in October, Lively's team quizzed the 41-year-old about the conversation.

Attorney Michael J. Gottlieb asked him: "Did you at any point share with Ms. Lively whether you were circumcised?” to which Baldoni reportedly replied, “Yes."
Then, when asked if the mom-of-four directly asked him the question, Baldoni said: "Directly, no."
The Clouds star then allegedly revealed Reynolds was present during the bizarre conversation, telling the attorney: "There were people going all around," as he relayed to Lively that he was circumcised.
"Mr. [Ryan] Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around.

"I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there were people all around."
When pressed further if he had ever talked about his private parts with other work colleagues before, Baldoni said: “I don’t talk about my genitalia, so no.”

Lively claims she was 'disturbed' by the fact Baldoni 'described his own genitalia'' amongst other claims.

The insight comes as Lively also amended her complaint in January, claiming she was one of 'two women' who 'one million per cent' was made to feel 'uncomfortable' on set with Baldoni.
Her team is hoping the case will be escalated to trial, which is set to take place in March next year.
Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman told TMZ that his client 'wants to be vindicated', adding, "That's all that he cares about."
"He knows who he is. He knows what he's done; he knows what he hasn't done. And he wants the truth to come out, and he wants to do that in the appropriate way," Freedman said. "He's waiting for his day in court, where he can speak out to tell the truth."
