Gypsy Rose Blanchard has taken to social media to post about current boyfriend Ken Urker amid her ex getting a DNA test to prove who the father of her baby is.
Last month, Gypsy Rose Blanchard revealed she's expecting her first child with boyfriend Ken Urker.
However, her ex-partner Ryan Anderson later revealed he was taking a DNA test to make sure whether or not the baby was his.

Blanchard met Anderson while she was in prison serving eight of her 10 years for her role in the murder of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard. The pair tied the knot in a ceremony in the prison, however, just three months after Blanchard was released from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri in December 2023, Blanchard confirmed the pair had separated.
Blanchard then rekindled her romance with ex Urker and announced on her YouTube channel on July 9 she was pregnant, noting it 'wasn't planned at all' but the pair are 'both very excited' to become parents.
However, as a result of Blanchard and Anderson still technically being married under Louisiana state law, Anderson later took to TikTok on August 10 to state: "I have to get a DNA test. I don't have a choice."
He said he 'hates being in this situation' but added: "I have to take a DNA test for court. The way the timeline matches up — I don't think it's mine, but I don't know. The DNA test is going to prove it. Crazier things have happened. I just don't know. I have my thoughts and I have my opinions."
Indeed, Louisiana Paternity Establishment Program states: "By Louisiana law, if the mother is married to someone other than the biological father when the child was conceived or has been divorced for less than 300 days at the time of birth, the husband/ex-husband shall be the presumed father, unless paternity is established for the biological father."
And amid the conundrum, Blanchard has taken to Instagram to share a photograph of her and Urker.
In a post uploaded yesterday (August 14), Blanchard shared two black and white images of her and Urker.
The first shows the pair kissing and the second shows Urker kissing her head.
The caption reads: "Everlasting @kenurker."
The post follows a video uploaded by the soon-to-be mom of the pair going nursery shopping.
The caption read: "We are so excited to decorate and set up our little one’s space."
Blanchard also outlined a timeline in a video: "Left Ryan March 23rd, had a period April 17th, made love with Ken and only him April 27, 28, 29, 30, and conceived on May 24th. Positive test on May 24th. KEN IS THE FATHER."
In an interview on Good Morning America she said: "It was mid-March when I left Ryan. So, this is absolutely 100 percent Ken's baby. There was never any question of paternity."
