Drake has admitted his six-pack doesn't actually look like his viral selfie would have us believe.

The rapper took to Instagram back in June to reveal his impeccable abs but all it really did was spark fresh rumors that he had been on the operating table to have them sculpted for him.

He captioned the post: "I’m wide awake for the nights that separate the type who get to it til they get it right from the type who just …type."

Now, three months later, the 'Take Care' hitmaker has revealed the truth over whether accusations that he photoshopped the picture are true.

While appearing as a guest on the Not This Again with Bobbi Althoff podcast, the 38-year-old claimed his son has an 'eight-pack' - having previously posted a picture on his Instagram Story of seven-year-old Adonis Graham with his top up with the word 'shredder' on it.

"Shout out to my son, what a good guy. He's working out crazy, he has an eight-pack. He has an eight-pack pack, that's crazy," he said.

"He's just like way more locked in than, like, I ever was or ever will be."

Host Bobbi Althoff quipped: "So he doesn't have to photoshop his body like you?"

The two engaged in a back-and-forth before the host pressed him, asking how often he works out, before adding: "Why are you acting like that's not a question everyone has?"

Drake confirmed he hadn't had surgery despite conspiracy theorists calling him 'BBL Drizzy', before he confirmed what had actually happened.

"I think that pic, I think it was just like I came from the gym, I was sweaty in that pic. Maybe I like went on Facetune and put details up, you know when you can just..."

Althoff interjected: "Don't even admit to that much!"

Drake replied: "Maybe I like heightened the saturation on it or something. I think I like hit it too hard, I hit it too hard. They don't look like that, you saw them."

Drake received heavy backlash in the comments on his post.

One user commented: "Ordered abs from temu n forgot to add shoulders n tri lol."

While a second added: "A grown man standing in front of a bunch of liquor bottles (like a college Freshman) with BBL abs from Abs R US, with no biceps. Shoulders or back to match is HILARIOUS. Oh and the caption? Are you 15?"
