Things are getting increasingly tense for Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers following the pair's separation.
The Wild Things actress wed Phypers in 2018, whom she separated from in June. A month later, Phypers filed for divorce from his wife of six years and cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason.
Addressing the breakdown of their marriage, a source previously told Us Weekly: "They love each other, but they haven’t been happy. He filed for divorce, but she can’t continue like this either."

In the divorce petition, Phypers alleged that Richards makes a whopping $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, brand details and so on, while he's struggled to make a living after shutting down his business in October 2024.
With this in mind, the 52-year-old is reportedly seeking spousal support from Richards.

In the wake of their split, Richards is said to have moved out of their rented home in Calabasas, Los Angeles, but now she and Phypers have both officially been evicted from the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,985-square-foot property.
The owner of the house, John Karan, filed a suit against the celebrity pair in November, and a court has since granted him possession of the home.
A Los Angeles Superior Court clerk signed off on Karan's request for Richards and Phypers to fully vacate the property on December 26.
Elsewhere in the suit, Karan alleged that the soon-to-be exes have failed to pay him rent for some months. They're believed to have signed a lease in 2020 and agreed to pay $12,000 a month, says US Weekly.
With these claims in mind, Karan is seeking $84,000 in back rent from them. A judge is yet to rule on any damages, however.

On the same day Karan filed the suit (November 7), Richards was granted a five-year restraining order against her estranged husband, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Prior to it being granted, Richards had alleged that Phyphers had physically abused her during their marriage.
Part of court documents on the matter stated: "Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages."
Phypers later denied the allegations in court, USA Today reported in October.
