Denise Richards has claimed estranged husband Aaron Phypers 'threatened to kill' her in a court filing.
The former Bond girl filed for divorce against her husband of six years earlier this month, and it seems the split has began to get ugly - with court documents alleging that the 52-year-old laid hands on his 54-year-old partner.
The pair, who share adopted 13-year-old daughter Eloise together, split on Independence Day (July 4) - with Richards having been granted a temporary restraining order against her former lover.

In the court documents, Richards detailed the alleged abuse - as well as including photos of her appearing to have a black eye, while claiming she suffered 'at least three concussions'.

In one extract, the mom-of-three runs through the alleged abuse she received.
"Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages," the court documents state.

"Aaron regularly threatened to 'break my jaw' and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help - none of which ever happened."

Richards went on to claim that throughout their relationship, any abuse that she allegedly received she never reported to the cops as her husband would threaten to take his own life if she did.
Explaining how she was 'afraid' to report him, she alleged: "Because he has repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me if I reported him to the police, among his other threats of harm to me and himself if he is reported for his abuse to anyone."

While also claiming that on Independence Day Phypers 'screamed degrading profanities' at her, including calling the OnlyFans model a 'c*nt wh*re'.
