Cardi B has extreme NSFW response to why she 'keeps getting pregnant'

Rapper Cardi B gave a jaw-dropping reply to a fan who queried why she ‘keeps getting pregnant’ after she complained about how ‘uncomfortable’ she is this time around.

The star, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, is pregnant with her and partner, sportsman Stefon Diggs’, first baby together, having announced the news live on CBS Mornings in September.

The couple, who went Instagram official in June 2025, have already made numerous public appearances together, including at a New York Knicks playoff game.

Neither, however, are strangers to parenthood, with the 31-year-old New England Patriots wide receiver welcoming his daughter, Nova, in 2016, while 33-year-old Cardi B’s three children - Kulture Kiari, seven, Wave Set, four, and Blossom Belle, one - were fathered by her estranged husband and fellow American rapper, Offset, 33.

Cardi B has claimed she is ‘excited’ to be pregnant with her NFL boyfriend, telling anchor Gayle King: “I’m happy. I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work - but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”

On Monday (October 13), the 'Drip' hitmaker gave fans an intimate look at her fourth pregnancy via a vulnerable social media post.

Taking to X, she wrote: “I’m uncomfortable when I sit, when I lay down, when I stand up… I can’t take this no more.”

The confession was accompanied by a popular GIF of Black-ish actor Anthony Anderson crying.

When a fan replied, "Then why do you keep getting pregnant?," the mother-of-three had a brutal NSFW response.

Cardi’s response has already garnered more than 33,000 likes and had 2,300 re-shares at the time of writing.

One fan commented: “Do you think this is your hardest pregnancy so far? cause sis… baby brim doing you in.”

“Lmao realist s**t I saw today!,” remarked someone else. “F****n hater ass energy and got met with IDGAF.”

A third user typed: “Real girl you need to catch a break.”

Another supported the musician by writing: “F***n wild how everyone got something to say about how she living her life.”

This isn't the first time one of Cardi B's posts has been flagged as NSFW, with a piercing picture recently going viral, too.

On October 6, the 'Bodak Yellow' favorite appeared on an episode of Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast to discuss her thoughts on motherhood.

She claimed she hoped her brood would be ‘better’ than her and that there were things she could not do but that her kids could.

"I want you to be smarter than me," the Grammy winner explained.

"I want you to be — not perfect because you cannot make your kids perfect and you don't want you to put pressure on your kids [to be] perfect — but I want you to be a 100 times better version than me, and I'm gonna [instill] that in you and you're gonna be mad and you're gonna be crying, but you're gonna appreciate that one day because I wish the things that that I put on my kids that somebody put in me when I was younger.”
