Fans were left stunned after rapper Cardi B broke down just how much money she spends on the upkeep of her children.
Cardi B was with fellow rapper Offset from 2017 till 2024 and the pair have a total of three children, the most recent being born in September last year after their divorce had gone through.
The pair have recently been at odds with one another of late, with the latest news being that Offset has reportedly filed for spousal support, according to PEOPLE.
A spokesperson for Offset reportedly told the BreakFast Club that Cardi B was asking for everything in the divorce, and that Cardi promptly hit back at the claim.

In a recording, Cardi said: The fact that I'm waking up right now to see that this f*** n**** and his f*** ass team, I know it's not his team, I know it's his b**** a**, gonna tell The Breakfast Club the only reason why this motherf***er asking for spousal support [is] because I was asking for everything and because I don't be with my kids... Yo, you such a f***ing p**** ass n****.”
To top it all off, Cardi also revealed how much she spends on her children and it definitely surprised a lot of fans.
According to Cardi, her kids Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and Blossom, 8 months, share a driver who earns a pretty penny for a month’s worth of work. She did not clarify just how much he is needed, though.
She said: "Y'all want to know what's the kids' bills? Start adding.
"My kids got their own driver. The kids' driver is on a retainer for $10,000 a month."
Fans on social media joked about how good a job the driver has, stating: “Cardi pays her kids driver $10K a month; sign me up.”
Cardi accused Offset of not helping out financially for his son, Kulture’s, private school tuition costs which she said amounted to around $45,000.
She also noted that both Kulture and Wave get tutoring four times a week.
Cardi’s two eldest children are pretty active and there is nothing to suggest that Blossom won’t follow in her elder brother’s footsteps.
She noted that her sons are involved in both music and sports and do so regularly.
She said: “Kulture's piano class - that's $300 an hour, and she gets piano classes three times a week. I'm not sure how much gymnastics and Wave's boxing classes, but I pay for that, too.”
Cardi B also explained that her cousin often babysits her children for $3,000 a week on top of what she pays her own nanny. The nanny reportedly is paid $500 each shift because ‘she's only staying in the daytime.’
The rapper revealed that she has a 24-hour security team ready outside of her home due to alleged ‘threats’ she has received in the past.
She also put down Offset saying she was paying for all of this with her own money.
She said: "I bought that s**t with my sweat and tears. You have left me with the kids' bill."
While Cardi didn’t break down the costs, she did note that her kids have a personal chef who is available from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. because the people in her house don’t have time to cook, according to the rapper.
