'Bodak Yellow' rapper Cardi B has provided an update on that piercing she unveiled to the world earlier this year.
Back in January, the 32-year-old (real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) casually announced that she'd gotten her 'butt crack pierced' - even going as far as to post a NSFW picture of it on social media.
"I feel like I know you very personally now" and "There is NO WAY omg" were just some of the dumbfounded fan reactions.
Naturally, this diamond-encrusted conversation cropped up during Cardi B's appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, hosted by Alex Cooper.

"It cost me like $13,000 (£10,000) because it was real diamonds, and guess what?" said the guest.
Depending on where your mind's at as you read this - no judgement here - there's a very real possibility you'll be able to guess.

"It went down the toilet!" was her update.

"It was like, 'Hold on... Ohhhhh!' and I was looking around. I was looking at my pants and my panties and stuff and I'm like, 'Yep, went down the toilet.'"
"13 f***ing k on your a**hole!" replied podcaster Cooper.
"Mmm-hhhh. A** crack!" Cardi B corrected her.
"It's so cute I gotta show you a picture so you can see it. It's really cute. They said they were gonna refund me too on the piercing."

Now that's some high level customer service right there.
Following her initial piercing revelation, celebrity body piercer Brian Keith Thompson (who's done some of the music star's own modifications) spoke out on the matter.
While acknowledging that the piercing looked 'cool', he warned others against getting it done themselves.
Speaking to TMZ, Thompson said that microdermals (small pieces of jewellery that are inserted into the skin) take a long time to heal and can seriously scar.

In this case, such a piercing is at a higher risk of infection due to its placement.
Thompson went on to add: "Once you do something like that, you own it. So, all the problems that come in, you've got to own those too."

Meanwhile, Cardi B also shared with Cooper that her backside was completely 'numb' due to a prior reductive procedure.

"Sometimes people say that my butt is too big, but they don't understand they already did a butt surgery to reduce my a**," she explained, elaborating how she's essentially had a 'tummy tuck' done on her bum.
"So, like, the top of my a**, that skin part is numb. So when I pierce my a**, I ain't feel s**t. It was, it was the easiest piercing ever."
