K-pop star Park Bom has issued fresh allegations against her former management company YG Entertainment.

It comes a day after the former 2NE1 singer suggested she'd attempted to sue the company for $4.5 quadrillion.

In a since-deleted social media post, she shared details of what appeared to be a lawsuit, accusing the company of fraud and embezzlement.

Her current management company, D-Nation, issued their own Instagram statement after her post went viral.

They claimed all money owed to Bom had been paid and that the posted lawsuit had not been received.

"Park Bom has suspended all activities and is currently focusing on treatment and recovery," they added.

"Our company will do its best to help the artist regain her health."

They released an updated statement on Friday (October 24), writing: "Currently, Park Bom’s emotional state is very unstable and communication with her is not smooth, so she is in urgent need of rest and treatment for her recovery.

"As her posts spread through various forms of social media, they are being interpreted in ways that are different from the truth or in ways that cause unnecessary misunderstandings.

"This is not only hurting Park Bom herself, but also her family and friends."

Bom was forced to step back from 2NE1’s future activities this August after medical staff advised she needed rest and stability.

The move came just months after the group reunited under YG Entertainment for their 15th anniversary, touring together for the first time in almost a decade.

Bom was present on their Welcome Back Tour between October 2024 to April 2025.

Since the alleged lawsuit drama, Bom has taken to Instagram once more.

This time, she claimed YG Entertainment had mocked her appearance after undergoing plastic surgery.

In the now-deleted post, she wrote: "They said they made my appearance look like a freak, just to mock me. YG never once paid for my cosmetic surgery.

"The few procedures I had were all paid for out of my own pocket. They used me as example to mock people who had plastic surgeries.

“Even when I went to dermatology clinics, I paid for everything myself."

Bom did not disclose which procedures she had undergone or paid for.

She added that YG Entertainment 'locked' her up and made her 'write every song, except for one' but that they neither paid her nor gave her writing credits.

"I gave my all for singing, but it never paid off. I was never once allowed to do a magazine photoshoot," she continued.

Bom also claims YG Entertainment 'used' her family, adding: "They saw that my aunt was good at cooking, so this woman from YG went to learn from my aunt’s cooking teacher, while calling my family poor and pitiful."

The post has since disappeared from her social media.

Originally formed by YG in 2009, 2NE1 became one of K-pop’s biggest acts before disbanding in 2016.

After a surprise Coachella performance in 2022, their full reunion last year marked their first major comeback in nearly a decade.
