Blake Lively is facing fresh allegations as she is claimed to have retaliated to a fan videoing her in a hotel lobby.
Lively has made global headlines in recent months due to her highly publicised legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, in which she accused him of sexual harassment and instigating a 'social manipulation' campaign against her.
Baldoni, who also directed the 2024 movie, then countersued the Gossip Girl actress, her husband Ryan Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane and Sloane's PR firm, Vision PR. His suit is based on defamation, civil extortion, 'negligent interference with prospective economic advantage' and 'intentional interference' with contractual relations.
The actors are due to appear in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York March 9, 2026.

Now, Lively is facing a fresh allegation - but this time, it's from a fan.
The mom-of-four was staying in Hotel 1928, in Waco - a Texan city located between Dallas and Austin - with her children earlier this month when Kaityln Cooper, of Houston, caught wind that she was staying in the same place.
In an attempt to capture footage to show her friends that she was rubbing shoulders with a celebrity, the 27-year-old opted to stake out the luxurious foyer where she did indeed spot the 37-year-old, on March 8.
"I just pulled up my phone and started recording a very brief clip. It was nothing exciting," Cooper, who was vacationing with her mom at the time, told the Daily Mail. "I want[ed] to show my friends."
The recording Cooper took shows Lively walking into the reception donning jeans and a white blouse, before noticing the camera pointing at her, at which point she holds her hand close to her face from view of the phone.
Cooper continued: "When she walked in she was super loud. Her voice was extremely recognizable. I think she said hi to the two people at the front desk. She looked at us. I believe she spotted us [filming her]."
At the time, Lively was accompanied with a security guard, as well as a member of the hotel staff, although Cooper did spot her's and her Reynolds' children with what she believed to be a childminder.
The remainder of the evening was nonchalant, and Cooper didn't think anything of the interaction.
When the Texan and her mom were preparing to leave the following morning, loading their bags into their car, Lively allegedly spotted the fan - it was at this point the It Ends With Us star's alleged bizarre behavior took place.
Cooper claimed: "We were loading up our car and I heard, 'Hi', and it was a woman's voice. I looked up, and see [Lively]. She's got her phone up [as if she was recording me]. Out of instinct, I just said 'Hi' back, because what do you say?"
Lively's former fan claimed her idol said nothing else, and then bizarrely began circling their car all while pretending to video her - and even focused in on their license plate.
"I was really caught off guard. She then handed her phone off to her security guy and he did another lap around the passenger side and then they both went back in [to the hotel]," Cooper added.
"We were just confused about what was happening."
After the incident, Cooper claimed that a representative of Lively's tracked her down on Instagram and began monitoring what she was posting.
The encounter occurred due to loose-lips of hotel staff, as Cooper claimed that two members of Hotel 1928's team told her about the celebrity visit.
"[A female staff member] told us if we hung out and stuck around we might see this person, so obviously that sparked our interest as it would for anybody," she told the publication.
While also stating that her's and her mom's server told them who the celeb was while they were eating in the hotel restaurant.
