Miley Cyrus has been opening up about her life in the spotlight, from those Disney Channel days to her relationship with Liam Hemsworth.
The 30-year-old grew up on our screens as pop sensation Hannah Montana – supposedly living the ‘Best of Both Worlds’ since she was a tween.
Cyrus went on to star in a number of movies such as LOL, So Undercover and The Last Song as well as becoming a pop star under her own name with hits including ‘Party in the U.S.A’ (of course) and ‘Wrecking Ball’.
It was filming 2010’s romance drama The Last Song where she met the yet-to-be Hunger Games star, Hemsworth.

They then had a long on-and-off relationship, including two engagements and obviously, their eight-month marriage.
Cyrus and Hemsworth divorced in August 2019 after meeting in their late teens, with her popular single ‘Flowers’ rumoured to be about the pair.
The singer has released a new TikTok series ‘sharing untold stories’ from her past to tie in with the release of her latest single, ‘Used to Be Young’.
Cyrus explained that back in 2008, she ‘needed to do another feature film for Disney’ but didn’t want it to be even more Hannah Montana content.
So, the script for The Last Song was written – based on the Nicholas Sparks novel.
While auditioning guys to play her boyfriend Will in the movie, they got it down from thousands to the final three, ‘and Liam was part of that final three’.
And their relationship was born.
Cyrus explained: “I think one of the elements that made that movie feel so special was, it was watching two very young people fall in love with each other – which was happening in real time and in real life, so the chemistry was undeniable.
“And that was the beginning of a long 10-year relationship.”
Hemsworth’s first engagement with the star came in 2012 before they were on-again, off-again until a new proposal and a marriage at the end of December 2018.
In other videos of her ‘Used to Be Young’ series, Cyrus opens up about her relationship with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus and also looks back at her shocking daily schedule from when she was just 12 years old.
The gruelling long days consist of countless interviews, photo shoots and early starts.
Cyrus says: “I’m a lot of things, but lazy ain’t one of them. I do think this girl deserves a little Endless Summer Vacation.”
