Before Miley Cyrus was releasing absolute hits and swinging on wrecking balls, she was doing so as someone else entirely.
Because she truly had the ‘Best of Both Worlds’ - at least that’s what we were led to believe anyway.
The actor grew up on our screens as Hannah Montana in the iconic Disney Channel show.
Cyrus took on the role at just 13 years old accompanied by her real-life father, Billy Ray Cyrus, playing her on-screen dad.

And she’s not gone away since, appearing in multiple films from The Last Song to LOL and having smash songs from ‘Wrecking Ball’ to ‘Flowers’.
And now the ‘Party in the U.S.A’ singer has begun a new TikTok series ‘sharing untold series’ from her past to tie in with the release of her latest single, ‘Used to Be Young’.
In the series, Cyrus looks back on her role in The Last Song (where she met ex-husband Liam Hemsworth) as well as opening up about her relationship with her country-singer dad.
But one video in particular is pretty shocking - like it’s exhausting just to think about, let alone live it.
The 30-year-old reads out a schedule for a Friday back in when she was '12 or 13' and her day began at 5:30am with hair and makeup in her hotel.
At 7am she was picked up to be on ‘the news’ for 7:15am.
“7:45 I have another live interview. 8:15 another interview. 8:45 another interview. 9:30 to 11am, meeting with editors,” she reads out, almost shocked herself.
Young Cyrus was then back to the hotel for an interview ‘but the reporters are all fifth grade students’.
From 1-2:30pm, she got lunch but her dad and her had an interview during it before heading to a magazine photoshoot at 2:40pm.
Then 3-5pm was taken up by an interview and photoshoot ‘for the Father’s Day issue’.
She continues: “Arrive at 6pm for Kids Online interview, then at 6:15 we have another interview.
“Then the next day starts at 7am and ends at 7:30pm, when I fly home to probably go to Hannah - that’s on a Saturday and then Monday be back at work in the morning.”
Sounds like Cyrus was never not at work really.
And she rightly says in the video: “I’m a lot of things, but lazy ain’t one of them.”
Admitting it was how her life went for the years following, Cyrus adds: “I do think this girl deserves a little Endless Summer Vacation,” even still managing to get a promotion for her album in there.
Wondering if she ever really did have the ‘Best of Both Worlds’, shocked TikTok users responded to the video.
One wrote: “That’s SOOOO much for a kid/teenager. Honestly - A LOT for anyone.”
Another added: “No wonder she was so DONE when Hannah Montana ended. Girly needed a break.”
While a third said: “Damn you need that endless summer vacation babe.”
