Martha Stewart admits it feels 'fantastic' to be considered a sex symbol at 81 years old.

The domestic goddess recently sat down with InStyle to discuss self-care and health; something that has served the legendary cook well as she looks half her age.

While talking about her bonafide sex-symbol status, Stewart revealed it feels 'fantastic' and hopes to inspire confidence in women, regardless of their age.

“It's a good example for others, actually,” she said.

“I'm a teacher. I'm trying to teach others that you can look great. There's no reason to slump around.”

But what is the TV personality's secret? Is she drinking the blood of youngins, has she struck a deal with the devil, or is it purely genetics?

Stewart told the outlet that it simply comes down to an organic diet and a little exercise.

“I have all organic food. I don't diet necessarily, but I watch what I eat,” she explained.

“I do Pilates three times a week with an instructor. I have a massage. I go to a chiropractor. These are all things I just do to keep feeling good.”

In 2021, Stewart joined the group of A-listers who disclosed their diet as part of Harper Bazaar's online series 'Everything I Eat In A Day'.

“I want organic, I want clean, I want tasty, and I want healthy,” she said in the clip.

Stewart disclosed in the video that she usually wakes up around 6.15 am and begins her morning with a green juice.

“My green juice is very special to me. I think it’s really the secret of good skin, I think it’s the secret of good healthy hair,” she said.

The recipe includes cucumber, parsley, mint, half of an orange including the skin, and celery, to which she advised 'don’t throw those leaves away'.

She also adds ginger and pineapple for an extra zesty flavor.

Around lunchtime, she usually keeps it light by eating a tuna salad.

But by the time dinner rolls around, the savvy businesswoman likes to indulge a little more and cooks a whole organic chicken 'nomad style'.

She might even pair it with a rack of lamb, fresh green beans, and salad from her garden.

Then, to top it off, the 81-year-old ends her days in style with a vodka on the rocks with a fresh, thick orange slice.

Well, you know what they say, a vodka a day keeps the doctor away...or something like that.
