Al Pacino has spoken out about his 29-year-old girlfriend’s ‘special’ pregnancy for the first time.
The Hollywood icon, 83, is expecting his fourth child with partner Noor Alfallah, 29, and during a recent stroll with a pal, he was asked whether he’s ‘excited’ about his upcoming arrival.
The baby news was first published by TMZ last week and verified by The Godfather star’s publicist, Stan Rosenfeld.

Pacino is already a dad to daughter Julie Marie, 33, whom he shares with acting coach Jan Tarrant. He also has 22-year-old twins, Anton and Olivia, with actor Beverly D’Angelo. The pair dated from 1997 until 2003.
The actor and Alfallah have reportedly been dating since April last. Prior to her relationship with the Scarface star, she was linked to Mick Jagger and billionaire, Nicolas Berggruen.
In a video obtained by the Daily Mail, Pacino gushed: ‘It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
Pacino stated he does not know the baby’s gender yet.
Pacino isn't the only elderly celebrity who is having children later in life.
Robert De Niro, 79, recently revealed he had welcomed his seventh child into the world with partner Tiffany Chen, 45.
The Last Vegas actor was being interviewed by ET for his recent movie About My Father when he made the revelation, as he was talking about 'being loving' with his children even though he sometimes had 'to be stern about stuff'.
De Niro said: "I mean, there’s no way around it with kids. I don’t like to have to lay down the law and stuff like that. But you just have no choice.
"And any parent, I think, would say the same thing. You always want to do the right thing by the children and give them the benefit of the doubt but sometimes you can’t."
The interviewer then started the next question by saying that De Niro had six children before the actor corrected her by saying 'seven actually'.
"I just had a baby," De Niro said.
The star has a son, former actor and current New York realtor, Raphael, with ex-wife Diahnne Abbott. He adopted Abbott’s daughter, Drena De Niro, from a previous relationship. De Niro and Abbott divorced in 1988. He was in a relationship with Toukie Smith between 1988 and 1996 and they had twin sons, Juliana and Aaron, in 1995.
De Niro married actress, Grace Hightower, in 1997 and their son, Elliot, was born in 1998. The couple split the following year. However, they renewed their vows in 2004 and welcomed a daughter via surrogate in 2014. They eventually separated in 2018. De Niro has four grandchildren; one from his daughter Drena, and three from his son Raphael.
