Al Pacino, 85, clarifies marital status after welcoming his last child at 83 years old

A recent picture of Al Pacino has had people questioning the actor’s marital status and whether he is in a new relationship.

Al Pacino has been in the public eye for decades, and with that celebrity status comes curiosity on who he is dating and for how long.

The legendary actor has previously been linked to other celebrities romantically, some for long-term relationships. This has included ones with director Lyndall Hobbs, actresses Beverly D'Angelo and Lucila Polak and producer Noor Alfallah.

Pacino has four children and shares them with Beverly, Jan Tarrant and most recently with Noor, as the pair welcomed a son when the actor was 83 years old. He has notoriously kept his family life and relationship life private despite the constant interest.

The actor has never been married to any of the women he was attached to, but despite this, there has often been speculation that he may have walked down the aisle in a secret ceremony.

These ideas have recently remerged after the actor was snapped at an event on December 4.

Pacino attended the Celebration in Honor of One Battle After Another hosted by Mike and Irena Medavoy, Pam Abdy and Mike De Luca, a screening and party to celebrate Paul Thomas Anderson latest film, the Leonardo DiCaprio starring, One Battle After Another.

The 85-year-old was spotted with what appeared to be a gold band on his finger which helped spur talk of a secret marriage on social media.

Speaking to PEOPLE, a representative for Pacino clarified: “Al Pacino is not married.”

Following his break-up from Alfallah last year, who is 53 years his junior, it is believed that the star is now single.

Not long after his birth, a custody agreement had to be sorted in regards to there then four-month old son, Roman.

Roman is the youngest child of Pacino, behind 24-year-old Olivia Pacino, 24-year-old Anton Pacino and 36-year-old Julie Pacino.

According to court documents, Pacino was ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support as well as an additional Ostler/Smith percentage of 6 percent of Respondent’s 'annual gross income' in excess of $2,500,000 per calendar year'.

At the time, a rep for Pacino said: "Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman.”

The couple confirmed their pregnancy in May of this year, before TMZ announced Roman's birth in June.
