UK punk band Bob Vylan has been forced to cancel their latest gig following comments made about Charlie Kirk's assassination being labeled as 'disrespectful'.
Frontman Bobby Vylan made the headlines earlier this year after leading crowds at Glastonbury Festival in the UK in chants of 'free, free Palestine' and then 'death, death to the IDF [Israel Defence Forces]'.
The comments are the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation by Avon and Somerset Police.
Now, footage shared widely online appears to show Vylan making comments about Kirk during a performance at Amsterdam's Club Paradiso on Saturday (September 13).

The 31-year-old was shot dead while speaking at an event organized by his nonprofit, Turning Point USA, on Wednesday (September 10) at Utah Valley University.
At the gig, Vylan told fans: "I want to dedicate this next one to an absolute piece of s*** of a human being. The pronouns was/were. Cause if you chat s*** you will get banged. Rest in peace Charlie Kirk, you piece of s***."
After clips of the moment went viral, the frontman took to Twitter to issue a response.

"At no point during yesterday's show was Charlie Kirk's death celebrated," he said in a recorded video. "I did call him a piece of s***. That much is true. But at no point was his death celebrated.
"If it was, go find me a quote... that proves that we were celebrating his death. You're not gonna find it, because it didn't happen."
The musician concluded the video by saying people on the internet need to 'calm down'.
The Tilburg venue 013 has since canceled Bob Vylan's next tour date in the Netherlands, saying the latest comments went 'too far'.
"The planned performance by British rap-punk group Bob Vylan on Tuesday, September 16th, at Poppodium 013 in Tilburg has been cancelled," a translated statement read.

"The reason for the cancellation is the controversial statements the artist made last night during a show at Paradiso in Amsterdam.
"Despite the controversy that arose after their Glastonbury performance, 013 decided to let Bob Vylan perform in Tilburg."
The statement added: "While we understand that these statements were made in the context of punk and activism, and that the reporting on them is sometimes less nuanced than what actually happened, we still believe these new statements go too far.

"They no longer fall within the scope of what we can offer a platform."
UNILAD has reached out to representatives of the band for comment.
Authorities appealed for help in identifying Kirk's shooter after a suspect was seen on the rooftop of a building on the college campus.
And the FBI has since confirmed they have detained a suspect identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.

In an update issued on Monday (September 15), FBI Director Kash Patel detailed a disturbing note that saw Robinson saying he was going to 'take out' Kirk.
"The note was written before the shooting, it was in the suspect's home," Patel told Fox News
