A former police officer who is accused of having groped an OnlyFans model's breast during a spoof traffic stop has entered a new plea.
Sean Herman was arrested and subsequently sacked from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) after allegedly appearing in an OnlyFans skit last year.
In the video, Herman allegedly 'groped the exposed breast of the female driver', according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
The recording is understood to have been filmed in a parking lot of a warehouse in the Madison area of Nashville, while police confirmed that the woman in the video and the person filming the skit were not employees.

The former officer was employed by the Metro Nashville Police Department for three years before the video came to light.
The video in which he is alleged to have appeared was posted on the NSFW platform on April 26, 2024, and although the cop's face was never shown, eagle-eyed officers claim they spotted the MNPD ID on his shirt as he reached over to grope the OnlyFans star's breasts.
The model herself then began fondling the officer's crotch.

While appearing in a Nashville criminal court on Thursday (August 14), the 35-year-old pleaded no contest to his charge of felony official misconduct.
The new plea meant that the former Tennessee cop was sentenced to a year of supervised probation, while his blushes were also spared after the judge granted him judicial diversion, which will mean his record will be cleared if he completes his probation.
It's also important to note that while Herman pleaded no contest, it doesn't mean that he has expressed any guilt, but instead waives the right to a trial and allows the court to treat him as if he were guilty for the purposes of sentencing.

"Specialized Investigations Division detectives today arrested former Nashville police officer Sean Herman at his Sumner County home on two counts of felony official misconduct for taking part in the production of an adult video while on duty," a police statement issued at the time of his arrest read.
It continued: "Chief John Drake fired Herman, 33, on May 9, one day after Specialized Investigations Division detectives discovered the video and identified him as the person in an MNPD uniform."
Police explained how Herman could be seen from the chest down in the video, as he appeared in the apparent mock traffic stop OnlyFans video.
At the time of his arrest, a criminal court judge set Herman’s bond at $3,000.
