Justin Trudeau’s estranged-partner Sophie Grégoire has revealed how she is dealing with the rumors and chatter surrounding Justin Trudeau's latest relationship.
Last month, images began circulating on social media showing the former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry making out on a yacht.
This seemed enough for fans to all-but confirm that the pair were at least dating if not already in a relationship.
This has long been speculated over following the engagement between Perry and Orlando Bloom being called off after the pair had been together a total of nine years, six of which they were engaged. Trudeau separated from Grégoire, after 18 years together, in 2023.

Since then, Trudeau and Perry have been spotted out for dinner together and this has only intensified talk about the pair, despite neither officially confirming.
However, Grégoire has seemed to weigh in about the pair’s potential romance, speaking on a podcast that was shared on YouTube on November 12.

Speaking on the Arlene is Alone podcast, Grégoire spoke about the importance of finding a constructive way to deal with the constant relationship talks regarding her ex-husband.
The host said: “If you don’t want to talk about it, that’s cool but sometimes I do think about you, about the publicity and publicness of Justin is doing for example right now.
“I don’t know how you stay cool, and I really admire it because I know I would probably not be that way.”
Grégoire replied: “You know, we are human beings and stuff effects us, normal.
“How you react to stuff is your decision, so I choose to try and listen to the music instead of the noise, I am very aware of the public stuff out there can be triggers.
“We are humans, what I do with it is my decision, the woman I want to become through this is my decision.”

Grégoire went on to admit that she, of course, gets emotional about some of the things she has to deal with but reiterated that after this feeling she chooses how she reacts.
She added that it was good for her mental health to feel these emotions rather than bottling them up.
The host went on to bring up the conversations that were sparked following the yacht and dinner picture and agreed with Grégoire’s point that it is important to feel but not permanently stay in a ‘reactive mode’ when something happens.
