South Park fans have been unable to resist comparing Donald Trump's latest White House portrait to a brutal joke made in the animated show just a few weeks ago.
It's no secret that South Park has been focusing heavily on Trump in its latest season, with its first episode going as far as to depict the POTUS in bed with the devil himself.
It was one big joke about the president's small manhood that got most people talking after the premiere of season 27, but now that a new White House portrait has been unveiled, fans of the show are calling back to another detail from the episode.
The portrait was revealed on Twitter by Trump adviser Sebastian Gorka, who shared a snap of the huge painting and wrote: "One of the new @WhiteHouse paintings of President @realDonaldTrump. More to come."
In the portrait, Trump can be seen dressed in his usual get-up of a suit and red tie, with his coat flowing out behind him. He's walking through a path of American flags, with a serious look on his face.

Some fans of the POTUS have described the portrait as 'beautiful', but its appearance prompted others to think about how the president depicted in South Park also had a number of portraits of himself displayed around the White House.
Gorka's promise that there are 'more [portraits] to come' only furthers the idea that the White House will soon have Trump's face on display in multiple locations.
After the portrait was revealed, one South Park fan wrote: "Oh my god it is literally the southpark [sic] thing."
Another got straight to the point by sharing a screenshot from the South Park episode, which showed Trump directing an artist on his portrait - only this one showed him completely naked.

While Trump might have his clothes on in the real-life portrait, people have still shared their confusion over the sheer amount of paintings he's had done.
Sharing their general criticism of the new portrait, another X user said: "Whenever Trump does something weird, his supporters always play the 'what about Obama, what about Biden' game. But I'm fairly sure no previous president has ever commissioned giant portraits of himself to decorate the White House with."
Along with the painting of Trump with American flags, other portraits on display in the White House include one showing the president in the moments after his assassination attempt, and a third depicting Trump stood with America's former presidents, Abraham Lincoln and Ronald Reagan.

One other piece of artwork chosen for the White House is Trump's mugshot, which had been featured on the front page of the New York Post before being framed and hung just outside the Oval Office.
