Donald Trump has issued a statement directly to Renee Nicole Good's father after the mother of three was shot dead by an ICE agent.
Renee, 37, was killed in front of her wife during a protest against ICE in Minneapolis on January 7.
The Trump administration, including Kristi Noem, claimed that Renee was a 'domestic terrorist' and was attempting to kill the ICE officer, who was later identified as Jonathan Ross.
However, video footage has challenged this narrative, which saw Renee attempting to drive away from the scene when Ross shot her three times.

President Trump was quick to lay the blame on Renee as he penned on Truth Social at the time: "I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
"It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing, and resisting, who then violently, wilfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self-defense."

Trump added: "Based on the attached clip, it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital. The situation is being studied, in its entirety, but the reason these incidents are happening is because the Radical Left is threatening, assaulting, and targeting our Law Enforcement Officers and ICE agents on a daily basis."

Following the controversial comments, Trump has since issued a statement to Renee's father in an interview with CBS.
"I want to say to the father that I love all our people. They can be on the other side," the president said.
"I would bet you that she under normal circumstances she was a very solid wonderful person, but her actions were pretty tough."

Trump was recently asked whether deadly force should have been used against Renee, and also spoke about the victim's wife, Becca Good.
"The woman and her friend were highly disrespectful of law enforcement," the Republican president said.
"Law enforcement should not be in a position where they have to put up with this stuff."
Trump went on to call the actions of Renee and her wife 'outrageous'.
