Everything inside gift bags at Trump event crypto investors paid $148,000,000 to attend

200+ people attended the gala-like event at one of Trump's golf courses

More than 200 people were invited to the Trump National Golf Club for a private gala dinner in Washington DC last week.

The event, titled 'Have Dinner with President Trump', was first announced in April, where it was described as being 'the most exclusive invitation in the world' only available to 'the top 220 $TRUMP Meme Coin Holders'.

For the price of $1.48 million, crypto investors who had contributed cash towards Donald Trump's very own meme coin, called $TRUMP, were given the exclusive honor of attending a dinner hosted by the President of the United States himself.

Some went even higher than that, with Reuters reporting that the top 25 holders had spent over $111 million. As for how much each guest spent on average, the blockchain analytics company Nansen estimated $1.78 million per guest.

I mean, it's hardly loose change, is it?

In addition to a round of dinner and a speech from Trump, attendees were also given an exclusive gift bag to commemorate the event.

But what was included inside?

What was included in the Trump gift bag?

After spending so much to be in attendance, you would expect attendees to receive a gift bag at the very least.

Well, a report from Wired states: "Others made their way towards circular tables, each seating 10 people, arrayed beneath a set of crystal chandeliers.

"Waiting on the chairs were gift bags containing Fight, Fight, Fight-themed hats and posters, and a collectible plastic card (some allege that they didn’t receive merch at their seats)."

Nick Pinto was one of those to attend the event and he took to TikTok to explain what he received in his gift bag.

He said in his video: "If you guys didn't know, I was number 72 on the 'Trumpcoin' leaderboard and it cost me $480,000 and this is all I got."

Nick then showed a cap with the quote 'Fight, Fight, Fight' and a photo of Trump embroiled onto it.

Many of those in attendance also further spoke to Wired about their experience, with some recalling a 25-minute long speech the POTUS gave to them.

"We’ve got some of the smartest minds anywhere in the world right here in this room," Trump reportedly said.

"You believe in the whole crypto thing. A lot of people are starting to believe in it … This is really something that may be special—who knows, right? Who knows—but it may be special."

As well as this, attendees were also reportedly treated to Trump dancing to 'YMCA' by The Village People as he left the stage.

For how long Trump was there for, it was reported that he'd stuck around for an hour.

What was on the menu at Trump's crypto event?

Nick spoke to Wired about the food on offer during the event, and considering how much he paid, it's safe to say he wasn't a fan.

"It was the worst food I’ve ever had at a Trump golf course. The only good thing was bread and butter," he told the outlet.

"The food sucked," he added to NBC. "[I] wasn’t given any drinks other than water or Trump’s wine. I don’t drink, so I had water. My glass was only filled once."

However, another attendee described it as 'OK, but not top-class'.
