Charlie Kirk's memorial service has a series of strict protocols and guidelines in place amid 'several threats'.
Kirk was assassinated on September 10 while he attended an event at Utah Valley University as part of his Turning Point USA comeback tour.
The 31-year-old political activist was fatally shot in the neck, and the shooter responsible for assassinating him quickly fled the scene. Less than two days later, police reported that they had taken in a suspect and named Tyler Robinson, 22, who has since been charged.
The charges include aggravated murder, two counts of obstruction of justice, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of witness tampering, and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.

It's possible that the 22-year-old may also face federal charges.
Republicans across America have been mourning Kirk's untimely death, and thousands are expected to attend his memorial today (September 21) at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
Turning Point USA, which Kirk founded, has issued guidelines to those attending on Sunday.

Those hoping to enter the stadium are asked to dress in ‘Sunday best’ attire in red, white, or blue, while bags will not be permitted inside the stadium.
Anyone attending with a bag will be turned away at the gate, the organization has said.
Fox News states flowers will not be allowed into the venue, with those wanting to pay their respects encouraged to donate online if they so wish.
"It has been challenging, we can't deny that," Officer M. Mendez from the Glendale Police Department told The US Sun of organising the memorial.

"We're prepared. We're confident that we will be able to take care of any matters that arise and keep the public safe, all the attendees, and anyone that is in the area."
Mendez added: "We don't know an exact number, but we are expecting some people coming to protest, whatever their message is, whether it's for or against this memorial service or what Charlie Kirk stands for, we don't know, but we will be prepared.
"We have a specific team assigned and designated to take care of them and there will be an area designated for them. We've been working non-stop with all our partnering agencies, but we have to do it, you know, it's our duty, and we take pride in keeping our community safe."

On the eve of the funeral, it's been reported that a 42-year-old man was arrested a couple of days ago as he performed a 'security sweep' on the venue.
