Drake ended up placing a $200,000 bet on Jake Paul beating Anthony Joshua last night - meaning the infamous 'Drake curse' has struck again.
To be honest, a YouTuber fighting a former heavyweight champion is a bit of a mismatch, and it turned out to be exactly that after the British boxer knocked out Paul to claim victory in the sixth round.
Immediately after the fight, Paul was left spitting blood as he wondered whether Joshua had broken his jaw.
"Anthony's a great fighter, I got my ass beat, but that's what this sport's about," said Paul. "I think my jaw is broken by the way.

"Yeah, it’s definitely broke. But man, that was good. A nice little a** whipping from one of the best to ever do it.
"I love this so I’m going to come back and get a world championship belt at some point."

Paul later confirmed that his jaw was broken in two places.
While the obvious difference in experience levels made Joshua a strong favourite for the fight, the fact that Drake placed a bet on Paul coming out victorious made him an even more unlikely winner.
For those unaware, the Canadian rapper has lost a series of high-profile bets over the years, and fans have joked online that he may have just contributed towards Paul's defeat.
Drake, who made the staggering $200,000 wager on Stake, said of his potential 'biggest upset in sports history' bet: "Jakeyyyyy boy. Lock in."
Previously, Drake bet an eye-watering $565,000 on Tyson Fury to defeat Oleksandr Usyk in May 2024, but it was the Ukrainian, Usyk, who ultimately came out on top.
And in November last year, the Toronto rapper lost $355,000 after predicting Mike Tyson would beat Paul; it was the YouTuber who defeated the former heavyweight champion via a unanimous decision.
While it may seem like Drake hasn't mastered the art of betting, a website looking into this supposed 'curse' shows the musician is actually $413k up from his public bets on sporting events.
From 82 bets Drake has disclosed publicly, the 39-year-old has wagered a whopping $35.75 million - and has seen a return of $36.17 million.
The NFL is Drake's biggest betting success after making a profit of $1.68 million. Meanwhile, the rapper is $1.90 million down on bets placed on soccer matches.
And Drake loves a bet on the UFC out of all sports, with 25 wagers spoken about in public.
