Flight attendant blasts her own airline in savage speech over loudspeaker

A flight attendant took aim at her own company in a ruthless speech delivered over the loudspeaker as she prepared the passengers for takeoff.
Most people are familiar with the process that takes place once you board a plane. You tuck your bag under the chair, settle in to the seat and hear the crew on board making announcements about the upcoming journey.
These announcements usually involve details about how to correctly put your case in the overhead locker, or whether or not there'll be food available on board, but one flight attendant seemed to go a little off-script when she took to the mic on board a flight from Texas to California last month.

Footage of her speech was shared online by TikTok user @cali.style.trucking, who praised the flight attendant working for Spirit airlines; an 'Ultra Low Cost Carrier' which operates in the US, the Caribbean and in Latin America.
While other crew members walked the aisle to make sure passengers' belongings were placed as they should be, this one particular flight attendant took it upon herself to make customers aware of all the things Spirit didn't offer during the flight - at least, not without handing over some of your hard-earned cash first.
“Just a heads up, hi," she began. "No, we do not have sockets for you to plug up your phone. Because if we did, this is Spirit and we will charge you.
"No, we do not have blankets for you; if we did, again, this is Spirit and we will charge you."
The flight attendant went on to stress the fact that the seats didn't recline - because Spirit would 'charge' for that luxury - before getting the customers involved by announcing that there were no earplugs, saying: "If we did, y'all know, this is Spirit and we will do what? [...] Come on y'all, if we had it we would charge you and give you something to complain about."
In another clip shared on TikTok, the flight attendant could be heard saying the only free item offered on the plane was 'ice'.
The crew member earned a few laughs when she announced that the airline only accepted cards, saying "I can only accept your cash to pay my bills, I promise you if you want to do that I will not stop you," but on the whole her comments about the airline have left viewers divided.
The person who shared the video described the flight attendant as 'the sh*t' and some viewers agreed, praising the flight attendant for her honesty.
One viewer wrote: "She needs a promotion immediately."
Others weren't so sure though about the speech however, with another viewer commenting: "She definitely getting fired [sic]."
