The way people feel about sex is tricky, as generally, they don’t agree on what position is the best - but they sure are aligned on the ‘worst’.

Love it or hate it, some positions are just annoying to get into, whether it’s because it takes a lot of energy, or it feels bad, some moves aren’t worth it.

Honestly, it’s down to individual preference, and boy, don’t they know what they like.

According to a recent study by NapLab, 29.4 per cent of US citizens are barking mad about doggy style (all fours), 21.68 per cent like missionary, and 19.33 per cent are a fan or cowgirl.

But what people online have agreed on is their dislike for a controversial position.

The 69.

Named after the way people look while topping and tailing, 69 aims for both people to be pleasured and pleasure at the same time.

Both men and women have revealed why they can’t stand it, with a man writing on Reddit: “Not a fan. I love giving. I love receiving. 69 makes it hard for me to enjoy either part. I don’t like someone’s crotch in my face when I’m receiving… and the BJ is really overwhelming for me when I’m trying to give pleasure.”

Another said: “It’s like two people giving each other a massage. Feels like for the relaxation to be fully enjoyed, one person should go at a time.”

As it turns out, this is pretty universal to think.

A study of 2,000 women found that, 29 per cent found the position to be the worst to take part in.

Seduce AI revealed the reason was because of having to divide their attention between giving and receiving, leading them to be unable to focus on their own pleasure.

Per NapLab’s analysis, the 69 only garnered positive reviews from 3.89 per cent of respondents, out of 1490 who participated in the study.

But that’s not the only one people don’t like.

According to YourTango, who looked at the opinions of men, reverse cowgirl isn’t great either.

One person said: “Not a fan of reverse cowgirl. Feels weird that she's facing away from me and I'm just kind of laying there. Despite being inside of her, the level of disconnection makes me feel like we should both be browsing Instagram on our phones."

So, maybe it’s time to come up with something else.
