One sex position appears to be particularly popular with men, but absolutely on the opposite end of the spectrum for women.
When it comes to sex positions, there's a whole world to choose from - and any one person's favourite is completely up to them.
Whether you're a fan of the wheelbarrow, stand and deliver, or the butter churner, or are more of a missionary type, there's plenty to explore out there.
But one position appears to be particularly popular among men.

This would be fine, except for the issue that it's also one of the most unpopular positions for women, or indeed whoever is taking on a receiving role in this position.
Not only that, but it's also one of the riskiest positions for a particular kind of sexual injury.
So what position is this?

This is reverse cowgirl, where the receiving partner is on top and facing away from the partner on the bottom.
It doesn't take much imagination to see why men might like this one - they get a nice view of their partner's rear end doing wonderful things.
But the same is most certainly not true for the lady here, who instead gets to enjoy staring at her partner's feet, while also doing most of the work and not getting much out of it.
Look on the bright side - at least you won't miss the 'Netflix' part of 'Netflix and Chill'.

Several women took to Reddit to share their thoughts on why reverse cowgirl is just not the position for them.
"I hate this one," a user wrote. "It’s so uncomfortable… plus staring at feet, plus feeling awkward about my a**hole pointed at him."
Another penned: "It’s like getting poked in the wrong direction. Super uncomfortable and the view isn’t great."

Someone else echoed the same sentiment, writing: "The angle doesn’t do anything for me and staring at my partner’s legs and feet isn’t my favourite view."
And let's be honest - turning your back on your partner isn't exactly the most intimate thing either, and some people can find it a bit objectifying.
Cate Campbell is a sex therapist and co-host of The Real Sex Education podcast, and told Metro: "Having their back to their partner is a major issue for some who may say they feel a bit used, particularly when they don’t experience much pleasure from the position."
But what about that injury side?

Well, reverse cowgirl is also the position most likely to result in a penile fracture - where an erect penis gets broken.
It turns out that someone bouncing on it without being able to see where it is makes missing it more likely, and missing can have painful results, as even the most steely, maypole-esque b***r is no match for actual bone.
