Nostradamus made chilling prediction for end of 2025 and it could be linked to World War 3 fears

Nostradamus made a worrying prediction for the end of 2025.

It may come as a surprise to you, but we're just a matter of weeks away from the end of the year, and Christmas is fast approaching.

I think we can all agree that the past 10 months have been pretty turbulent. From Trump coming back into office at the start of the new year and the devastating conflict between Israel and Gaza, to the assassination of Charlie Kirk and the ongoing ICE raids across America, there have been a lot of things happening.

And seemingly, the bad news doesn't stop there, as Nostradamus has 'predicted' more turmoil by the end of 2025.

Those who believe the Frenchman’s prophecies have claimed he has successfully predicted a few major historical events, including Hitler’s rise to power, World Wars I and II.

As for his prediction for 2025, it's not looking too good either, as per Mail Online, Nostradamus wrote: "When Mars rules his path among the stars, human blood will sprinkle the sanctuary.

"Three fires rise from the eastern sides, while the West loses its light in silence."

Many believe that Mars symbolises war and aggression, meaning more conflict and bloodshed could be on its way. The fires in the east are often interpreted as conflicts or the emergence of powerful nations in Asia, and the West 'losing its light' could mean that part of the world is losing influence.

Both Nostradamus and Baba Vanga made bleak predictions for 2025. In his 1555 book Les Prophéties, Nostadramus said an 'ancient plague' would descend on Europe.

He also wrote: "When those from the lands of Europe, see England set up her throne behind, her flanks, there will be cruel wars."

Baba Vanga echoed similar sentiments about war in Europe and said Russia would ultimately 'dominate the world'. The mystic also said that a huge proportion of the continent would be ‘devastated’ by conflict.

As well as this, she suggested that there would be a devastating 'war in the east'.

"A war in the East will begin, and there will be a Third World War. A war in the East that will destroy the West," Baba Vanga said of 2025.

Fortunately, we're over three-quarters of the way through the year, and these things haven't happened, proving that predictions from the likes of Nostadramus and Baba Vanga aren't always accurate.

Another thing Nostradamus got wrong was predicting World War 3 to take place in 2002, Sky History says.

"Mars and the scepter will be in conjunction, A calamitous war under Cancer," he'd famously predicted, adding: "A short time afterward a new king will be anointed, Who will bring peace to the earth for a very long time."

'Mars and the scepter' was believed to refer to an alignment between Jupiter and Mars that took place on 21st June 2002. No such war took place, however.
