Everyone has been saying the same thing after Vice President JD Vance turned a viral meme into his Halloween costume this year.
Vance has been the subject of several memes this year, whether that be a brutal AI campaign amidst the US and China's tariff war, or South Park's mockery of him in their newest season.
In June, one tourist even claimed that an edited image of the Vice President on his phone led to his being stopped from entering the country, although the Department of Homeland Security refuted his claim.
However, it appears as though the 41-year-old is joining in on the jokes with his Halloween costume this year.

In a video shared on TikTok, Vance opens the door with a curly wig and tells the cameras: "Happy Halloween, kids ... remember, say thank you!"
The video then cuts to a clip of Vance spinning around with the Twilight Zone theme tune playing in the background.

He appears to be referencing the 'you didn't even say thank you' meme, which originated after President Donald Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in February.

In the meeting, Vance asks Zelenskyy: "Have you said thank you once?"
Following the tense exchange, several AI-generated memes were released, featuring Vance with wild, curly hair, which explains his choice of Halloween wig.
Some social media users were impressed with the video, with many surprised that Vance had chosen to embrace the meme at his own expense.
One person wrote: "Ok im not a fan of jd Vance at all, never will be, BUT this is funny....awesome job sir at being funny this was good."

Another said: "See how he can take a joke," while a third added: "I love how he trolls the trolls."
However, others were all saying the same thing, with some claiming the meme was now 'ruined'.
One wrote: "And just like that the meme is ruined," while another added: "How to kill a meme 101."
"Man knows how to kill a meme," someone else agreed.

And a fourth added: "At least we can now pinpoint the exact moment that the meme stopped being funny."
Vance has been facing backlash this week after comments he made about his wife's religion.

Speaking to a group of college students in Mississippi for Turning Point USA’s sponsored event, he explained that his wife, Usha, grew up in a ‘not a particularly religious’ Hindu family and shared how their children are raised Christian.

He went on to say that Usha often attends church with him, and he hopes she will someday be ‘moved’ by Catholicism.
“I honestly do wish that because I believe in the Christian gospel, and I hope eventually, my wife comes to see it the same way,” he said to the crowd.
He added: “If she doesn’t, then God says, everybody has free will, so that doesn’t cause a problem for me. That’s something you work out.”
