Eminem took to the stage just four days after the death of his mom, and he didn't appear to drop any of his lines dissing her from his songs.

On Monday (December 2), Debbie Nelson passed away at the age of 69 following complications related to lung cancer, and despite the pair having their own complicating relationship, losing your mom is the worst thing anyone could go through.

Famously, Eminem was sued by his mom back in 1999 after he wrote a line into his hit 'My Name Is' speaking of her drug abuse.

It goes: "I just found out my mom does more dope than I do, I told her I'd grow up to be a famous rapper, make a record about doing drugs and name it after her."

Nelson sued her son for defamation, hoping for $10 million in damages, but despite winning, the lawsuit concluded with her receiving just $25,000 - and most of it went to her lawyers.

Anyway, so that's their history, but in 2022 Nelson had seemingly put her feud with her son aside to congratulate him on his achievement of being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

In a video posted to social media, Debbie applauded her son's achievement.

She said: "Marshall, I want to say, I could not let this day go by without congratulating you on your induction into the Hall of Fame. I love you very much. I knew you'd get there. It's been a long ride. I'm very, very proud of you."

Now, just four days after her death, the rapper took to the stage and while he didn't sing the diss 'f*** you Debbie' in 'Without Me', he let the crowd shout it.

Fans have reacted to him taking the stage all over social media, on Twitter fans wrote: "I knew he was changing nothing in this song lol."

While another added: "Dude’s mom died few days ago and he still dissing her."

And a third said: "Fck you debbie after his mother died is ridiculous."

Over on Reddit fans suggested it was 'wild' of him to include the part.

"That's kinda wild," one person wrote.

While another pointed out: "I mean, Its an icónic sentence, changing It would be weird."

Which garnered the following response: "Exactly. And if he doesn't want to say it himself anymore the crowd will always fill in like here."
