Labeled a 'hidden gem of atmospheric horror' by one Reddit user, people say the less you know about this chilling movie going into it, the better.
In other words, skip the trailer to avoid a major climactic spoiler.
Keeping it brief, The Invitation follows Will (Logan Marshall-Green), who is invited to a dinner party hosted by his ex-wife Eden (Tammy Blanchard) and her new husband David (Michiel Huisman).
What begins as an awkward evening slowly turns hair-raising as Will suspects the couple have an ulterior motive for inviting him over.

Frozen

In my opinion, it's the most realistic thrillers that elicit the deepest fear.
And that's why 2010's Frozen has stuck with me for literal years. Also, it's why you won't catch me taking to the mountains to ski anytime soon...
From director Adam Green, the survival horror follows three friends who become stranded high up on a ski lift after the resort closes for the weekend.
As freezing temperatures set in and no help arrives, they must battle the cold, their own fear, and the wild predators circling below.
