The first teaser trailer for Disney's live-action Lilo & Stitch has landed - and fans cannot wait to see the movie.

We all remember Lilo & Stitch from our childhoods, and if you ever wanted to see a CGI version of Stitch interact with real actors... well, you're in luck.

Lilo & Stitch was first released back in 2002 and it was so successful that a series came off the back of it and a subsequent movie as well as two other shorts, but the series ended after just two seasons.

But Disney fans have been dying to see its resurgence.

Stitch will again be played by voice actor and writer Chris Sanders, who created the character way back in 1985, while Zach Galifianakis will also feature as Jumba.

The film hits cinemas on May 23 2025 and fans are very much ready for the release.

Commenting, one user wrote: "This is about to make way too much money."

"I LOVE how this is homaging Moana and the original teaser trailer for the animated film, with Stitch crashing into the other Disney movies! I hope the marketing leans even more into that," typed a second.

A third said: "He actually looks really good, and sounds pretty damn good as well!"

Meanwhile, others were astounded by just how HD Stitch looks.

"HE LOOKS PERFECT MAN," one person posted.

While another added: "Stitch actually looks great."

Roll on 2025!
