Are the South Park creators, secret Swifties?
Even though the series has previously poked fun at her, nobody expected the little nod to the singer in their latest episode.
A while back, South Park wrote Swift into a Season 18 episode alongside Bill Crosby, where the pair duetted on ‘Baby It’s Cold Outside’ for the holidays.
At the beginning, she sits in a trailer for the special with Cosby and is seen declining a drink. On stage, Eric Cartman argues with YouTuber PewDiePie, while Cosby gets Swift to drink, and he then approaches her.

Considering we’re now on Season 27, it’s been quite some time since they mentioned the 'Bad Blood' singer, but now they have, in a very subtle way.
Swift fans noticed her mention in the latest episode ahead of the release of her new album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The episode titled ‘Conflict of Interest’ aired Wednesday night (September 24) and showed Kyle being upset with his friends as they use a market prediction app to bet on whether his mom will bomb a hospital in Gaza or not. The app allows users to vote and even place money on their bets.

However, he finds out Donald Trump Jr is the app's strategic advisor, who then tells him to contact the FCC, which is ‘dealing with all the offensive stuff now'.
Brendan Carr plays the FCC's chairman, and President Donald Trump and Satan make an appearance, too. Ever with the times, the show references Jimmy Kimmel, who was suspended from his ABC show last week.
However, many fans were focused on Swift’s brief mention on the market app.
It happens when two school pupils place bets on Kyle’s mom, and scroll down to the 35-year-old singer’s bet, stating: "Will Taylor Swift release a new album this week?"

In the end, 15 per cent voted that she would, and the rest decided she wouldn’t post anything. However, this comes ahead of Swift’s album release on October 3.
People on social media saw the nod and were ecstatic, pointing it out to all to see.
One person wrote: “TAYLOR SWIFT MENTION IN SOUTH PARK,” while another said: “Taylor Swift reference in the new episode of South Park.”

Meanwhile, someone else wrote: “Taylor Swift in an all new #SouthPark episode, Conflict of Interest.”
The season of South Park has been pulling all sorts of punches when it comes to certain political figures, especially President Trump, and their previous episode has raised the bar when it comes to the creators' feud with him.
