Fans have been called 'fake' Disney fans for not remembering this specific character in classic movie.
It's been almost three decades since Disney dropped the iconic musical movie based on the Chinese legendary figure, Hua Mulan.
Mulan brings the legend to animated life, following the story of the young woman-turned-warrior as she takes on a disguise as a man to protect her father from being conscripted in the Imperial Army.
While tasked with bringing honor to her family, Mulan is accompanied by her trusty sidekick, the spirit of a former family guardian, Mushu the dragon, voiced by Eddie Murphy.

However, some fans are being called out online for apparently failing to remember one key family member.

In celebration of Disney World Princess Week, a poster depicts Mulan alongside several other notable princesses clutching their furry friends.
While Pocahontas is holding her local pet racoon, Meeko, Ariel the mermaid is accompanied by Flounder the tropical fish and Jasmine from Aladdin is cozied up to her loyal tiger, Rajah, Mulan is cuddling an apparently unfamiliar-looking white dog.

"Why is no one talking about that goddam dog with Mulan," wrote one fan. "Who is that?"

"This dog never existed," chimed another in the comments on Twitter.
Another penned: "This some Mandela effect s***. That dog wasn't in that movie."

"Not y'all gaslighting us to believe in something clearly not real, if he was there I would know... I remember Mushi, the captain's son, the ugly a** villain, her dad, even those girls with a whole lot of makeup which y'all have probably forgotten so," read another.
Snapping back to the claims, Mulan fans have since slammed viewers as 'fake fans' for failing to remember the trusty companion, known as Little Brother.

According to Disney Fandom, Little Brother is Fa Mulan's pet in both the first and second movie, albeit with brief appearances.

The dog can be seen in the movie helping Mulan out with certain chores, like feeding the chickens, and getting up to no good like disturbing her father when he prays.
However, the pet does not appear in the live-action 2020 remake of the Walt Disney Pictures movie.
"You trippin!" said another fan in response. "That dog was there the whole time."
"I literally quote 'little brotherrrrrrrr' all the time to my brothers," confessed another.

Still, dozens have said the appearance was brief and have called on the poster to change by either including Mushu the dragon, Cri-Kee, the Fa family's lucky cricket or Mulan's horse, Khan.
"Mushu and CriKee (the cricket) were way more prominent in the movie. We did not care about that dog," echoed another.

"I mean, he wasn’t that important in the movie the horse or Mushu were more justifiable," read another comment in the debate.

Even more said they wanted to see more of Little Brother and that he should have 'become an icon like Stitch'.
Yet, according to Disney trivia, Little Brother's voice actor, Chris Sanders, coincidentally did portray the voice of Stitch in the Lilo & Stitch movies.
