Every Netflix movie and TV show leaving in June - from iconic trilogy to fan-favorite crime drama

There's not long left to binge these titles

A new month means a fresh Netflix lineup - new arrivals to binge and, inevitably, some quiet goodbyes.

With thousands of titles in its catalog, the platform is always evolving.

But if there’s a show or movie you've been meaning to watch, now’s the time to double-check - because it could be on its way out.

Thanks to licensing deals, content can disappear with little warning.

But then again, not even Netflix originals are safe from removal - so don't get too comfortable.

Sometimes, you don't even know a title is leaving until it's actually been removed.

According to What’s On Netflix, here’s what’s leaving Netflix's US library this May...

Christopher Nolan's Batman Trilogy

Among the titles leaving this month is Christopher Nolan's legendary Batman trilogy.

Celebrated for their nuanced storytelling and cinematic techniques, the movies are considered to have majorly raised the bar for Hollywood superhero movies.

Dark Knight is widely regarded as the best Batman film ever made, and - starring fan-favorite Heath Ledger as the Joker - remains a must-watch for true DC fans.

2005's Batman Begins, 2008's The Dark Knight and 2012's The Dark Knight Rises will have all vanished by June 1.

Dexter

Less than a year on from joining the platform, all eight seasons of Dexter will be removed later this month.

The hit crime drama follows forensic scientist Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), who works for the police department by day, but moonlights as a murderer.

Fans threatened to 'unsubscribe' after learning the popular series would be leaving Netflix.

The move coincides with the release of Paramount+'s long-awaited sequel, Dexter: Resurrection.

Set to premiere on July 11, 2025, it picks up weeks after the events of Dexter: New Blood, which first aired on the platform 2021.

The good news for Dexter fans is that all eight original seasons are available to stream now over on Paramount+.

But you have until June 19 to re-watch all 96 episodes on Netflix. Good luck!

Goodfellas

It's goodbye to Goodfellas (Warner Bros.)

Brace yourself - Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas is also on the Netflix chopping block this month.

The classic gangster movie - often regarded as the best ever made - stars Ray Liotta as Henry Hill, whose meteoric rise through the Mafia’s ranks unravels into a spiral of paranoia, betrayal and FBI heat.

Joe Pesci, Robert De Niro and Paul Sorvino put in powerhouse performances alongside Liotta, making for compelling viewing.

You have until June 1 to get your re-watch on. Hurry!
