Fans don't have long left to re-watch a Scorsese classic widely considered the 'best movie ever made.'
From Taxi Driver to The Wolf of Wall Street and most recently, 2023's Killers of the Flower Moon, there's no denying Martin Scorsese is a master of cinema.
The legendary director has won multiple awards over the years, too, from Oscars and Emmys to Golden Globes. Now, one of his top-rated movies is set to exit Netflix - and you're probably not even aware.

The streaming service shakes up its catalogue every few weeks, adding new titles but also removing some - often quietly. Films and shows are usually removed from the platform due to their licence agreements expiring and not being renewed.

Anyway, this particular Scorsese movie, released in 1990, was a box office hit.

Grossing $47 million against a production budget of $25 million, the film not only proved to be a commercial success but also sparked widespread critical acclaim, earning near-perfect ratings from critics and audiences alike.
The movie follows Henry Hill (Ray Liotta) over several decades as he rises through the ranks of the Mafia, induldging a life of crime, luxury and violence.
Alongside him are his volatile friend Tommy DeVito (Joe Pesci) and the calm but ruthless Jimmy Conway (Robert De Niro).
As Henry becomes more deeply involved in the criminal underworld - from hijackings and robberies to drug trafficking - his life begins to unravel, with the pressure of paranoia, betrayal, addiction and FBI scrutiny all mounting.

While Guy Lodge from The Guardian writes that the film deconstructs 'the male fantasy' with 'brutal elegance, along with the brand of masculinity that subscribes to it'.
Over on IMDb, Goodfellas is heavily praised, with one person calling it 'perfection', adding: "Needs to be seen to be believed."
