A Netflix series which ended in 2019 is still continuing to draw fans in, with some labelling it as a '10/10' must watch.

Writing in the Facebook group 'Netflix Bangers', fans praised the TV series as one person wrote: "Such a good show!!!"

Another shared: "Modern day soap opera -telenovela, I liked it."

"I loved it. One of the best series I’ve watched x," commented a third.

The series they're raving about is none other than Jane The Virgin, which officially ended in 2019 after five seasons. The series follows Jane Gloriana Villanueva in Miami, and in true telenovela rom-com style, the series has dramatic twists and turns that kept viewers hooked. The first comes as celibate Jane unfortunately ends up pregnant after a doctor mistakenly artificially inseminates her during a check up. Now pregnant but still a virgin, she's faced with meeting the baby's father which turns out to be a billionaire playboy who is also her new boss.

Some fans loved the emotional ups and downs of Jane's love life and unconventiional situation, as one pointed out: "Absolutely loved it! If I could watch something and get that first time feeling again it would be for this show. It had me in a swing of emotions. Really enjoyed it."

The series has been loved so much that fans have gone back to rewatch the show. One person shared: "I'm rewatching it right now & I still love it!!"

Another has done the same as they added: "You will most definitely enjoy it!!! I watched it twice it was that good!!!"

"I loved it so much that I have repeated it several times!," said a third.

Not everyone was a fan though, as some people didn't warm to the series. One person wrote: "It’s like telenovela pretending not to be a telenovela and I liked it through a few seasons but then it went down the hill and never ended up finishing it."

Another said: "First 2 seasons were the best I literally laughed out loud. Its still good after that but it slows down a little."

"After season 2 I lost interest! Jane got on my last nerve," added another.

Another added: "its alright. it's a bit like days of our lives and you have to commit because the series is really long. I enjoyed it for quite a while but then got sick of it."
