A popular Netflix comedy with an incredible Rotten Tomatoes score is being pulled from the platform this month.

The streaming service shakes up its catalogue every few weeks, and while new titles are added, others are inevitably removed, leaving Netflix subscribers disgruntled.

And people aren't happy about a top-rated TV series being cut from the service this month.

What's more, the drama was watched for more than 28 million hours between early 2023 and late 2024 - despite having joined Netflix back in 2016, as per FlixPatrol figures.

The show first aired on broadcaster France 2 in 2015, before it was picked up by Netflix the following year.

It centers on the lives of four talent agents at the fictional Parisian agency ASK (Agence Samuel Kerr), who must juggle their star clients’ whims with the crises that threaten their business after the sudden death of the agency’s founder.

Real French actors often appear as themselves; US actress Sigourney Weaver even made a cameo in the fourth season.

The show has award credentials to its name, too, scooping Best Comedy Series at the International Emmy Awards in 2021.

We're talking about Call My Agent! - originally titled Dix pour cent, meaning ten percent.

Across its four seasons, the comedy racked up an astonishing Rotten Tomatoes score of 98 percent from hundreds of fans.

People love the show's scandalous twists - particularly the 'backstabbing'.

Rating it five stars, one viewer said: "I fell in love with the characters in the first episode. This show has everything," adding: "I urge you to get involved."

A second praised the drama's 'brilliantly sharp writing,' as a third claimed it had a 'genius' balance between art and comedy.

"Funny and charming, everything Emily in Paris was not," a fourth declared, hitting out at Darren Star's popular yet polarizing romcom.

Sadly, the hit show is leaving Netflix thanks to an expired licensing deal on Tuesday, July 22. See what else is leaving Netflix this month here.

Fans in the US, Canada and the UK will no longer be able to enjoy the show's 24 episodes.

It's the latest in a series of blows Call My Agent! fans have been delivered over the years.

The show's creators confirmed its fourth season would be its last, but Mediawan Studios, the show's production company, sparked excitement in 2021 when it announced both a standalone movie and a fifth season were 'in development,' slated for a 2023 release, as per Nilsen Report.

Yet, neither project ever materialized and Netflix’s impending removal of the series has all but dashed fans’ hopes for a follow-up.

"Oh no! I enjoyed re-watching this every year on Netflix," one Reddit user said in response to the news.

"Ummm… why is Call My Agent leaving Netflix?!" another Twitter user asked. "We’re still waiting for the 5th season and 90-minute film that we were promised in 2021."

All four seasons of Call My Agent will be removed from Netflix US, Canada and UK on Tuesday July 22.
