Warning: this article contains spoilters for season four, part one, of Bridgerton

Bridgerton fans have been loving season four of the hit series, and are eagerly awaiting the season part to drop on Netflix on February 26.

This season, which has Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha playing this season's lead characters, Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek, boasts an impressive 83 percent on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of writing.

While it's so far been well received, that doesn't mean this the first four episodes aren't without fault — as pointed out by Netflix viewers.

For those of you who have seen the latest season, you'll know that Sophie and Benedict meet as a masquerade ball hosted by Lady Bridgerton.

But Sophie isn't an official member of society like the rest of the guests, she's actually a maid for her cruel stepmother and secretly snuck into the event.

She ends up chatting to Benedict and the pair soon hit it off, but Sophie has to make a quick exit before the party ends and leaves behind her glove which Benedict later users to try and track her down.

See some similarities to a certain fairytale here?

Ultimately Sophie ends up being kicked out by her stepmom after she finds out about her sneaking out to attend the ball and she's seen packing up her things in a rush — the remaining glove included.

She gets a new job where she ends up bumping into Benedict again. He saves her friend from being groped by another man, an acquaintance of Benedict's, and they (Sophie and Benedict) end up fleeing the scene after he punches him.

But in leaving in rush, Sophie seemingly forgot all of her belongings... and the all-important glove.

Pointing this out, one person penned on Instagram: "She left her bags behind, which included her glove. That’s what I couldn’t stop thinking about."

A second wrote: "There have been a lot of editing errors… leaving the coin purse, leaving behind her bag with the glove, the dirty dress etc."

Others have made note of it on TikTok after someone shared a clip of the scene where Sophie made sure she took it with her when first leaving her stepmother's house.

"That Glove is still at the Cavender‘s house," somebody said, adding: "Nowhere did we see her bring her bag with her!"

There's a way that it could all be fixed, however.

As promised, Benedict gets both Sophie and her friend Hazel a job at Bridgerton House after they were fired from their previous job.

Sophie of course flees with Benedict and Hazel later appears at Bridgerton House. Did she bring her friend's left-behind suitcase with her?
