Paying for multiple subscription services to keep up with your favorite shows is, sadly, part of modern life.

But Netflix subscribers in the UK will soon be able to get more for their money with a new subscription that combines four major streaming services.

As if that wasn't enough of an incentive, Friends fans will be able to stream the hit '90s sitcom to their hearts' content as part of the deal too.

The beloved comfort watch was brutally removed from Netflix US in 2020, with UK subscribers enduring the same fate almost five years later in December 2025.

The show's Netflix licence had expired, but it remains with Warner Bros, who Netflix is partially buying out.

But no, Friends isn't re-joining Netflix in the UK; instead, it's coming to HBO Max, which is launching in the UK on March 26 and is part of the special subscription deal.

This is particularly exciting news for Euphoria fans, with the show's long-awaited third season releasing on the platform in April.

The subscription is offered by Sky TV, combining Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix and Hayu into a single subscription for £24 ($32.80) - as well as Sky Originals and Exclusives and access to more than 130 live TV channels.

As it stands, subscriptions for each individual streaming on their cheapest tiers add up to £23.96, at £5.99 for each one. So for 4p more, you can now get all of that in one subscription as well as Sky Originals, Exclusives and live TV channels.

Sophia Ahmad, Chief Consumer Officer at Sky, said: "This marks a new era for Sky and NOW. In a world-first, we’re bringing together Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Hayu into a single Sky TV subscription."

Sky confirmed the package would include Disney+ Standard with Ads, available from sometime in March, while HBO Max Basic with Ads will be added when it launches in March and Hayu will be involved from July with 'a selection of top shows available from March.'

"Nowhere else offers this breadth of incredible entertainment in a fully integrated experience, with everything customers love watching side by side so viewers can jump from show to show with ease."

She added: "Millions of existing customers will get easy access to this new line-up as standard at unbeatable value. All NOW Entertainment customers will get access to HBO Max, included at no extra cost, fully integrated within the NOW app.”
